Tottle for make-up, sun care, and cosmetics

18/11/2025

The acquisition of Tanklux, a company specializing in make-up packaging, has enriched the Induplast Packaging Group catalog with a new type of packaging: tottles.

These are small-sized packaging, ideal for fluid formulas such as make-up products, sun protection, and skincare serums.
Thanks to their ergonomic design and great versatility, they combine elegance and practicality in a compact, modern format.

We offer a catalog of tottle in different sizes from 30 to 60 ml, fully customizable, and we also develop tailor-made solutions designed to meet the brand’s specific needs.

Our tottle are made with recyclable materials and, upon request, also with recycled (PCR)materials—designed to ensure durability, product safety, and environmental sustainability:

  • PE (Polyethylene): a flexible, impact-resistant material, ideal for products requiring a squeezable effect.
  • PP (Polypropylene): used for caps and closures, it offers rigidity and stability even with frequent use.
  • EVOH: provides an internal barrier to protect delicate formulas from oxygen.

Fully custom tottle for every need

You can completely customize your tottle with glossy, matte, or soft-touch finishes; decorations such as screen printing, hot stamping, or pad printing; and a range of sizes and capacities from travel-size to full-size.
You can choose from a wide variety of shapes, caps, and colors.

Are you working on a new project?

Our specialized team will support you throughout the development of your packaging, offering fully bespoke solutions and ensuring the quality of Made in Italy.
